Hotel Policy 

Breakfast 
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served daily from 7:30 AM to 11AM. Guests may enjoy breakfast in the restaurant or request in-villa breakfast service.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. 

Cancellation Policy 

Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while protecting availability for other guests. 

14–7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking total will be charged 
Within 7 days of arrival: 100% of the booking total will be charged 
No-show or early departure: 100% of the booking total will be charged 

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the booking platform used to make the reservation. 

Children Policy 

Children of all ages are welcome. 

Children under 2 years old stay free when using existing bedding with parents. 
If an additional bed is required, extra bed charges will apply. 

Baby cots may be available subject to availability. 

Extra Bed Policy 

Extra beds are available in selected villa types and must be requested in advance. 

Extra bed charges per night: 

Children under 2 – 6 years old 
Rp 250,000 per extra bed (Applicable per night except on check-out day) 

Guests aged 6 years and above 
Rp 400,000 per extra bed (Applicable per night except on check-out day) 

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges. 

Smoking Policy 

All villas and indoor areas are non-smoking. 

Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. 

Liability 

Kokomo Resort cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during a guest’s stay. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where provided. 

Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay. The resort reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement. 

Transportation 

The resort can assist with arranging fast boat transfers between Bali and the Gili Islands. Guests are encouraged to contact the resort prior to arrival to coordinate transfers and arrival times. 

Transfer costs are not included in accommodation rates unless otherwise specified. 

Island Conditions & Environmental Factors 

The Gili Islands are a small tropical island destination, which means certain conditions may differ from mainland resorts. 

Guests are encouraged to embrace the natural island environment, which includes tropical weather, wildlife, and local cultural traditions. 

Transportation & Weather Conditions 

Access to the Gili Islands is dependent on fast boat transportation and sea conditions. 

Occasionally, departures or arrivals may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather or sea conditions beyond the control of the resort. 

Kokomo Resort cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by weather, port authorities, or boat operators, and guests are advised to allow flexibility in their travel schedules when visiting the islands. 

Island Utilities 

As a small island destination, the Gili Islands occasionally experience temporary interruptions to electricity, internet connectivity, or water supply. 

While Kokomo Resort makes every effort to minimise disruptions and restore services quickly, these interruptions may occur beyond the resort’s control. 

Local Environment 

The Gili Islands are part of a vibrant local community. 

Guests may occasionally hear local cultural activities, including the call to prayer from nearby mosques, which is part of daily life on the island. 

Safety & Responsibility 

Guests are responsible for their personal safety while enjoying resort facilities and island activities. 

Kokomo Resort cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from activities undertaken outside the resort or through third-party operators.
