Focusing on local produce, ko-ko-mo’skitchen (overseen by our renowned ex-Sydney chef) endeavours to produce a menu that is heavily influenced by local seafood caught daily in the pristine and plentiful waters off Lombok.
In addition to the fresh seafood, all our premium-quality meat is imported from Australia and our entire patisserie choices – bread, croissants and desserts – are made in-house in our custom built bakery.
Our wine list features a selection of Italian and French wines in addition to quality New World wines (Australia, Chile, South Africa, USA) as well as some very drinkable locally produced wines – so we can therefore provide a great choice for food pairing, focusing on wines that complement our menu. We also offer a selection of French champagnes and Prosecco to accompany your meal – or to simply enjoy as an aperitif
